Start with a pilot. Grow into a plan.

Our first nonprofit design partners run the full product free for six months, with success metrics we agree on together. After the pilot, you move to a monthly plan sized to your organization. We don't publish list prices yet — contact us for pilot pricing.

How pricing works.

One subscription per organization. Tiers differ by your monthly completed-intake range and how much of the knowledge core is switched on — never by seat count or per-message fees. Seats are always unlimited.

Pilot first

Our first nonprofit design partners get the full product free for six months, with a defined end date and success metrics agreed at kickoff — intake time saved, red flags caught, client questions resolved without lawyer time.

One plan per organization

After the pilot, a monthly subscription tiered by your completed-intake range and knowledge-core depth. Seats are unlimited — we never bill per seat — and client questions carry no per-message fees.

Annual by default

Annual prepaid contracts earn a 10–15% discount; monthly billing is available by exception. Intake caps are soft — an applicant mid-intake is never interrupted.

Plans by organization.

The same product underneath. What changes is the range of completed intakes you run each month and how much of the knowledge core is switched on. Seats are always unlimited.

Pricing questions.

How does the free pilot work?

Our first nonprofit design partners run the full product free for six months — including the lawyer-gated client responder. Every pilot has a defined end date and success metrics agreed at kickoff. No open-ended free access, no freemium.

What happens when the pilot ends?

We review the metrics together and, if the value is there, you move to a paid annual plan. There's a grace window to decide — and if you don't convert, you receive a full export of your intakes and your knowledge core.

What determines our tier?

Two things: the range of completed intakes you run each month, and how much of the knowledge core you want switched on. Seats are unlimited, so headcount never affects your tier. The client responder and self-filling knowledge start at Professional; stance authoring and auto-send are Enterprise.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Seats are unlimited on every plan — the whole team that needs access has access. We bill on the range of completed intakes you run each month, not headcount. Applicants and portal clients never count toward anything.

What happens if we go over our intake cap?

Nothing breaks. Caps are soft — an applicant mid-intake is never interrupted. If you run over consistently for a couple of months, we talk about the next tier; overage fees apply only if you'd rather stay on your current one.

Do you charge for client questions?

No. There are no per-message fees — not for client questions in the portal, and not for your staff's use of the assistant.

Which tier lets clients ask questions?

The lawyer-gated client responder starts at Professional. Essential includes the internal caseworker assistant only. Opt-in auto-send for routine replies is an Enterprise capability.

What are the contract terms?

Annual prepaid is the default and earns a 10–15% discount; monthly billing is available by exception. Pilot agreements always have a defined end date.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You receive a full export — your intakes and your organization's knowledge core — and then we delete it on a defined schedule. Your knowledge base was never shared with anyone else to begin with.

Where do I get an actual number?

We don't publish list prices while the first pilots are running. Send us a note with your organization type, team size, and rough monthly case volume — we reply within one business day.
