What is Parasource, exactly?

A knowledge core for your organization, exposed through three surfaces: multilingual client intake, lawyer-gated client Q&A, and an internal caseworker assistant. It learns from the work your team already does. It is not a case-management system — structured intake data flows into the tools you already use.

Is this legal advice?

No. Parasource provides general legal information only. Anything individualized to a client's situation is routed to your approval queue, where a lawyer reviews it before it is sent — the attorney is always the author of record.

What can it answer without a lawyer?

General, informational questions — “What documents do I need?”, “What happens at the biometrics appointment?”. Every answer cites its source. Anything case-specific waits for human approval.

Can the AI message my clients on its own?

No. Nothing individualized is ever sent to a client without a human approving it first. Routine informational answers are the only thing answered automatically, and your organization controls that setting.

Do you file forms with USCIS?

No. We don't fill or file USCIS paperwork on anyone's behalf. A licensed caseworker or attorney still finalizes and submits every form.

How is client data protected?

PII is encrypted at rest and never appears in URLs, browser titles, or analytics. Your knowledge core is private to your organization — never shared across tenants, never used to train shared models. Every sensitive action is audit-logged.

Which languages do you support?

Eleven: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, French, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic (RTL). Five are fully production-ready today; the rest are in active translation.
